Introduction: Condyloma acuminata that is also known as genital warts are one of the most common sexually transmitted caused by infection Human papillomavirus (HPV). Persistent Low Risk (LR) or High risk (HR) HPV a factor for progress into benign malignant cancer. The objective to analyze distribution genotype LR-HPV and HR-HPV at condyloma in anogenital region. Methods: A cross sectional study using were 36 lesions from men women patients. All subject signed informed consent ethic obtained our institution, number 382/Panke.KKE/V/2016. specimen was used histopathological examination identified 40 genotypes reverse line blot assay.Results: patients diagnosed acuminata, some with focus dysplasia koilocytosis. positive HPV, including 6, 11, 42, 54, 61, 81,87,89 18, 26, 45, 51, 52, 66, 67, 68B, 69, 82. single 44.4%, multiple LR/LR-HPV 13,9% LR/HR-HPV 41.7%. infected 70,6% 29,4%. Conclusion: major HR-HPV. infections followed determination can be predict transformation.
